If you purchase physical Art Work or a license for the reproduction of Art Work from this Site, our terms and conditions of supply will govern the transaction.
Simon Casson is a member of DACS which administers Artist resale royalty rights (ARR). In the event that you wish to resale your art work to a registered Auction House or Gallery, Simon Casson’s ArtWork is eligible for ARR under UK Law. Details and conditions can be found at HERE.
